This policy covers amplifyforadvisors.ai and the emails it sends. It is run by Amplify for Advisors LLC, 110 16th St, Ste 1460, Denver, CO 80202. You can reach us at watt@amplifyforadvisors.ai.
Watt, the Amplify for Advisors Agent, is a separate web app with its own policy at agent.amplifyforadvisors.ai/privacy.
The short version
- We collect only what you type into our forms, plus the basic logs every website host keeps.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We don't use ad pixels or cookies. We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify you.
- Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
What you give us
Watt launch email list
Your email address, your optional answer to what you'd want Watt to help with first, and a short tag for the page that sent you. We use it to send one confirmation now and news about Watt, including when it opens.
Free client graphics kit
Your email address, your first name if you give it, your signature line, your disclosure line, your two brand colors, your font choice and your logo if you upload one. We use your brand details only to make your graphics. They are not saved after the graphics are made, except that Sam gets a short note with your name, email, signature line, colors, font and whether you added a logo.
Signing up for the kit also adds you to our email list. We'll send you the kit and occasional emails about Watt and other Amplify for Advisors resources. You can unsubscribe any time.
Free newsletter
The newsletter forms send your email address to Substack, which runs the newsletter under its own privacy policy.
Purchases
Checkout runs on Stripe. Stripe handles your card details, and we never see them. Stripe tells us your name, your email and what you bought, so we can send your downloads and a short series of follow-up emails.

If you write to us, we keep the message so we can reply.
What happens automatically
- Hosting logs. Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard request logs for a short time. These can include your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time.
- Free kit visit count. When the free kit page loads it tells our server which link brought you there and whether you're on a phone. That one line goes to the hosting logs. Nothing else is stored.
- Watt status check. Each page asks agent.amplifyforadvisors.ai whether Watt is open, so the buttons show the right thing. No personal information is sent. Your browser keeps the answer in session storage until you close the tab.
- Page visit counts. Vercel Web Analytics counts which pages are visited, the site that sent you, your country, and your device and browser type, so we can see which pages help people and where they leave. It sets no cookies, keeps no IP address, and can't follow you to other websites or across days. See Vercel's analytics privacy notes.
- Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google. Google receives your IP address and browser details when that happens. See Google's privacy policy.
We don't set cookies, and we don't run advertising scripts. The only analytics is the cookieless visit count above.
Who helps us run the site
- Resend sends our emails and holds our email lists.
- Vercel hosts the website, runs the forms and counts page visits.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Substack runs the free newsletter.
- Google serves our fonts and hosts the inbox where Sam receives signup notes and your replies.
Each of them processes information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We don't track you across other websites, so there is nothing to turn off. We still honor Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing, which we don't do anyway.
Marketing emails
Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. We honor it within 10 business days, and usually right away. You can also email us and ask. After you unsubscribe we keep your address on a do-not-email list so you stay off our lists.
How long we keep it
- Email list contacts stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Kit brand details and logos are not kept after your graphics are made.
- Hosting logs are kept for the short period Vercel keeps them.
- Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email watt@amplifyforadvisors.ai from the address you signed up with. We'll confirm the request came from you, reply within 45 days, and won't treat you differently for asking. You can also have an authorized agent ask for you.
For California residents
Over the past 12 months we collected these categories of personal information.
- Identifiers such as name and email address, from you, to send what you asked for and our emails.
- Professional information such as your signature line and disclosure, from you, to make your graphics.
- Commercial information such as what you bought, from Stripe, to deliver your purchase.
- Internet activity such as IP address and pages requested, from your browser, to run and secure the site.
Retention for each is listed above. Personal information sold or shared in the past 12 months: none. We don't collect sensitive personal information.
Children
This site is for financial professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, and only the people who run Amplify for Advisors can see your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect as little as we can.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
